OTP Check-In
When the companion arrives, share your OTP. The service timer starts. Booking moves to In Progress. No service begins without your confirmation.
Care Happens
Your companion provides care - childcare, elder care, or companion support. CareOff monitors the booking status throughout for operational safety.
OTP Check-Out
Confirm completion with a second OTP. Actual duration recorded, billing calculated, booking marked Completed.
