Free hours come first

Your free hours are always consumed before any charges apply. CareSmart gives 8 free hrs/month; CareElite gives 30.

ab pricing kicks in after free hours

Once free hours are used, you're billed at ₹149/hr (discounted slab). Beyond that limit, ₹200/hr applies.

Calendar-month billing cycle

Your cycle runs from your signup date to the same date next month. Free hours reset every cycle - unused hours don't carry over.

Only actual hours are charged

If you cancel before a session starts - ₹0 charged. If a session starts, only actual hours used are billed (minimum 2 hrs if caregiver arrives).

No. Free hours reset at the start of every billing cycle. Your billing cycle runs from your signup date to the same date next month - unused hours do not carry forward.
A minimum of 2 hours is charged to protect caregiver earnings. If you cancel before the session starts, you are charged nothing. If a session is in progress, only actual hours used are billed.
Yes. Upgrades are instant. You pay ₹2,999 and immediately get 30 free hours - your previous usage is not carried forward. You start fresh on the new plan.
Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing cycle - you keep all benefits until then. No further charges are applied after that. Auto-renewal is turned off immediately when you cancel.
No - it's a one-time lifetime offer for your first 2 hours only.
Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You continue to enjoy your current plan's full benefits until the cycle ends.
